I've been going here, as a student, for a little over a year and I have had nothing but a positive experience. They're fast, but thorough. Pretty efficient facility, that's for sure.

I generally find physicians humorless and insufferable, drunk on their own inflated incomes. The PA here, Supe Lyon, was nothing like that. She was accommodating, informative, and understanding-- as good at listening to the patient as she was at explaining her recommended course of treatment. I highly recommend it, especially for ISU-affiliated folks. The nurse and reception staff were friendly and helpful as well.

It is okay. It's best quality is that it's free for students beyond that it doesn't have much of an appeal. I would recommend going else where but only if you can afford it.

The receptionist is the most rude person you can find in Pocatello. Like they had a competition to find the most rude employee possible. They act like by you going to the health center your interrupting their day. I'm sorry students show up and expect you to do your job, please feel free to be rude and swear at them. I do not recommend at all, it is better to pay to go elsewhere then to enter this building.
