Monte Vista Hills Health Care Center

My experience has been that the director of nursing and administrator here would do anything they can.nThe nurses are smart and take good care of the people there. It's been weird with COVID but they have been good at communicating with the families.

Well I came to Monte Vista Hills for rehab after a broken ankle and wrist. The people here are great and the make sure they take good care of you. The food is okay mostly. I think the only beef I have is their hospital beds and pillows. Very uncomfortable. But some people bring in there own mattress pads or pillows to make it more comfortable. As far as Covid goes the employees are tested twice a week and patients get tested before they come in and randomly when they feel it's necessary. I've been tested 5 times in the last month and a half. If someone does catch Covid they are isolated in another part of the facility. I'll be glad when this Covid goes away.

A great facility that gives quality care.

I would never let someone I care for stay at a place like this. The director has left me with the impression that they don't care about the well being of the patients. The primary focus of this facility is to seperate you from your cash. I wound expect as a company you would treat patients and family of patients with respect.
