I've had a great experience at Physical Therapy Specialists of Idaho. The receptionists are very friendly and willing to work around schedules. Ryan and Chandra are very professional and listen to their patients' needs. They are flexible and willing to work with what feels right for their patients. Ainsley, Daryl, and Dani are very nice and helpful. Everyone here makes the patients feel welcome and comfortable. I have made a noticeable improvement in my lower back pain in the time that I have been coming here.

I am incredibly appreciative of the people and care I received at this facility. When I was first told I required physical therapy, I expected a time that I would not remember in a positive light; however, I could not have been more pleased that it is quite the opposite. The staff is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed speaking to them and was sure to laugh and enjoy myself when at an appointment. My care was above and beyond my expectations. They have helped me decrease and manage my pain and allowed me to create a stable foundation. This has allowed me to continue to do the activities I love. I am thankful, especially to Ryan and Chandra, who were kind, patient, and made my experience wonderful, along with all those that also contributed to my treatment. I cannot recommend or thank all those at PTSI enough.

Awesome company! You’re always greeted by the awesome front desk staff whenever you walk in! I worked with Melissa and Dustin after I had double knee surgery. They were very caring with my needs, but also pushed me so I could make a good recovery. My knees feel better than before and I know I can thank them for their help! I would highly recommend going here for any physically therapy needs!

The staff here are the best. I have come with my sister and the care she gets is so awesome. They are genuinely concerned for her care and they allow me to visit her while they help my sister. Everyone there are so kind and always smiling. I recommend these physical therapists because they are very knowledgeable and very concerned for your care. Thank you!

I was referred to Physical Therapy Specialists of Idaho and I'm glad I was. I came in with minimal shoulder movement, no strength, and doubt it would be usable to the degree it is now. I worked with what I consider the best PT and PTA staff I've had the pleasure to work with. Melissa A. and Dustin W. were amazing. They were professionally engaged, pushed me to get my movement, stamina, and strength back. I can do everything I was able to do before my accident within reason. I recommend both of them. They listened to my concerns and found ways to help me overcome my doubt and apprehension. If you need someone that listens and listens well either of them will be who you need to see. Melissa A. displayed knowledge, compassion, and respect. Dustin W. displayed confidence, understanding, and professionalism. I would gladly recommend them. The rest of the staff were great as well.
