My husband and I visited our family in salmon and we are avid cross-fitters! The facility is very small and makes sense for the quaint town of salmon. The trainers were very knowledgeable and well trained, they were quick to try and change the way we lifted. The athletes that attend are a tight knit group which is very cool to see as cross fit is known for a tight community. If you’re out this way check them out!
