Extremely rude and unhelpful, they are utterly unprofessional and treated me as a criminal. they lack basic human empathy

I haven't filed a lot of documents with the courthouse, and with the chaos of covid-19 I was inquiring about the protocol for getting documents to the courthouse. The individuals I spoke to in Court Records were very condescending and made me feel stupid. After talking on the phone with them and visiting the courthouse, I walked away with nothing accomplished and teary-eyed because they made me feel so incompetent. Maybe try treating people like people when they come genuinely needing help.

Rude people who dont have much for customer service

I don't necessarily love this place. I would say they were polite, professional & knowledgeable. Everything I was looking for in a courthouse.
