Meadow Lake Campground

Absolutely beautiful. Very nice facilities and campgrounds.

First off you will definitely need high ground clearance because the drive up is steep and rocky and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. It is very windy sometimes but there is a lake and a couple real long trails as well. Highly recommend it. Also there is zero cell service so plan on that as well.

We just spent two nights at the lake, we had the place to ourselves last night. Watched a bald eagle fish for his breakfast. Four mule deer walked through camp.nWe really enjoyed the hike up the Lemhi divide, trail starts by site #12.nRoughest part of the road was from SH28 to Gilmore town site, smoothed out after that with the usual ruts and bumps. We drove our 24 foot class C motorhome up the hill in about 30 minutes.nThe water was shut off, just FYI.

Beautiful day of fall fishing. Great place!

Amazing place to take your family. Even though it was closed when we went we walked all our stuff up the hill cooked fished. It was raining n the wind was blowing but it was still so beautiful!!!!!!
