PetSmart

My 14 year old daschund got groomed here today before his surgery tomorrow. He has super bad grooming anxiety, and the ladies here were so sweet and gentle, and took their time with him. He is so cute and extra soft now! They also got his nails really well which is hard to do because he's a squirmy little worm. I Will absolutely be bringing him back again.

We havent visited the groomer, but I buy a lot of stuff in the store. The layout is great and we know exactly where to go for the items we need. Its nice when the cashier or other personnel greet us as we walk in.

We took our golden retriever mix in for a bath and brush. She came back clean but was obviously not brushed. Every time you touched her clumps of hair would come out. Either they didn’t brush her or did an awful job at it.

Prices seem a bit high and staff were not very friendly or helpful. I think I will keep ordering from chewy.com

Too often when I visit I see tanks of dead fish, or tanks with sick fish(ick or other fish diseases). Prices are often higher and quality not being any better to compensate. We have enough pet stores that they need to stay competitive. Perhaps their other animal products are more reasonable, I've never checked.
