Spence's Pharmacy

Spence’s pharmacy has always gone above and beyond for me. I have multiple rare health issues which require unique compounded medications. Spence’s always checks multiple suppliers to get the very lowest price they can for me. They do their research to find out the most affordable way for me to take the medications I need.nnThe compounders are so kind and helpful, and they’re always working with me to make getting medications as easy as possible. They are fast at compounding and filling prescriptions right after the Dr. calls them in. It’s very clear that they actually care about me as a patient, which is something I’m very grateful for.nnI’ve lived in multiple different places, and have used a lot of pharmacies. But none have even come close to how good Spence’s has been to me. Chronic illness is difficult to manage on its own, so any part of the process that can be simplified means a lot. They know their stuff, and they also care. Shoutout to you guys, you rock!

I took my family to get flu shots here today. Kristi Hales is the sweetest person to help with our anxious kids and helped them feel calm. Sarah did a great job getting them ready. What a team! Outstanding service, they made us feel like we were part of their family. Thank you!!!! We won’t get flu shots anywhere else now.

Used automated system to refill a prescription, including choosing the option to have the Dr. notified of the need for refills. 3 days later, never heard from them so I called and spoke with a young woman, she said the request for refills had not been sent but they would send it now. 3 weekdays later, I called to see if the refill was ready for pickup. It wasn't because the Dr. had denied the refill, but they didn't call me to tell me. I spoke with the Pharmacist working at the time about why this hadn't happened and he just said he didn't know. They are too busy busting prescriptions out to stop and take a breath and think about how their inaction could affect their patients.
