Head up this quiet street and see the historic old buildings. They are currently closed but you can walk around and take pictures of the Relic Hall, old ZCMI Co-Op, and the even more impressive Hatch House. There is signage out front near the street which will tell you a lot about the town and the buildings. I can't wait until the Relic Hall is open because I am a big fan of old farm equipment and machinery.

The guide working in the museum, was very helpful. She took us to the other buildings and told stories about the family's who lived there. My two grandchildren really enjoyed hearing the stories and seeing the displays. A wonderful little museum. Really worth the stop to see it.

Fantastic little museum that is not called one- helpful and knowledgeable staff. The collection actually started quite early about 1910, therefore many items in the collection have the name of the original owner attached. I found my great great grandmother's 1860's clock beautifully preserved! Worthwhile stop especially if you have ancestors who were in the area. They have family history of most names and will make copies for 10 cents a page. Like I said a fantastic stop!

Very fun to stop and look around. Staff is very knowledgeable, helped answer some family history questions even.

First of all, it's great to see how much the locals care for their history. It's a nice place and perfect for a break if you are, like we, on a road trip and want to have a picnic combined with some history of the pioneer times.
