Idaho Pain Clinic

The doctors there have been treating my back pains for a few years now. I have no complaints. The staff are really great. Everyone of them treats the patients with the upmost respect and care. They are all very well trained. I highly recommend them. You will not regret going to them.

I had initially scheduled an appt telling the front desk that I didn't want to give out my insurance due to an outstanding Medicare Set aside account for a settled LNI claim. I arrived at the appt ready to pay, they said billing would get in touch but still needed my insurance cards, regardless of my wishes not to. And someone ran it through the insurance, I could now face potential charges due to this. The Billings lady Kristin told me this cannot be reversed, I know it can, Other billing departments that made this same mistake-HAVE ALL been able to undo it. I've contacted Kristin in billing over the last 4 weeks at least 1-2 times a week leaving a message and getting NO RESPONSE, the one time I did get her - she said her office manager would call, never received that call.nNot only was this an issue, but in the conversation with the Nurse, we had established that I wasn't going to establish any type of care with your facility. And yet still ran a drug test for no reason.

I am so thankful I found this office, I really love the drs and I dont ever feel like I am just another chart, I feel cared about and that they always have my best interests at heart.
