We loved this office! The staff were phenomenal. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in on our first visit. The front desk staff were always very courteous and made us feel at home. My daughter was a little difficult when she woke up after her procedure, but everyone was so kind and patient with her. The ladies in the room explained her medication routine to me and helped me understand what was going on with my daughter. Dr Haynie was communicating with me all along the way to let me know what was going on and how things had gone. He even called that evening to see how my daughter was doing. I loved the waiting room with the massage chair, snacks and a movie! Thanks for all of your kindness. We will definitely recommend you to all of my kids’ friends and will probably see you again in a few years for my son.
By far the best option! I got mine out in august and recommended them to my sister. When we walked in we were instantly greeted with positive energy! We had such an amazing tour of the office and got to meet the amazing members of the team. Even though we weren’t the patient they treated us amazing and put us in a theater room to wait for the surgery to be finished!nnOverall we had such an amazing experience!!! The staff members were hilarious and overall made the experience fun and without stress! Big shout out to Randi and Haley! I’m so thankful to have a place like this close by! They were amazing at getting us in and out quickly, all while accommodating our every need. My nerves were calmed with the massage chair, and complementary snacks while my son had his procedure done! I highly recommend them!
Located in a new and modern office, Lakeside Oral Surgery has an awesome staff. I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming front desk team. The surgical assistant was both professional and personable. And Dr. Haynie took the time to explain what he was going to do and patiently answered my questions. My procedure was smooth and uneventful. Everyone I dealt with there was great. I highly recommend Lakeside Oral Surgery.
I was really worried the day of my appointment, as I have never had my wisdom teeth out, and I met with Randi for check-in. She was incredible! Not only did she calm me down completely but she explained everything I needed to know and more, and all with a smile and a laugh! She helped me to relax a lot, and her cheeriness was contagious. After, we were handed off to Haley, who was incredibly interesting and funny, and also put my mind at ease for the surgery. She explained the procedure exceptionally well and answered any and all questions I had. I would 100% recommend Lakeside Oral Surgery and Dr. Haynie, who was kind and courteous, and very helpful with my sisters and myself. Overall my experience was wonderful, I’d send any of my family and friends that needed aid here, and be satisfied that they would be in good hands.
