Very kind employees, making everyone who walks in the door feel welcome. They will go way out of their way to assist you, even calling folks that are off but may know the answer to a question. Customer Service is a priority. The prices are slightly higher than those at larger markets but because of the way they make you feel I am happy to spend a little more. Thanks for providing a little light in my day when I come in.

We stopped in here to ask about the area because we were considering a move to Sandpoint. We asked where we can shoot and run our ATVs - he was very helpful giving us the names of parks we could go to.nnIf we move up here, we’ll definitely come back for an iced coffee because he put so much effort into another customer’s coffee. He knows how to do so much, offers a great variety for a small town, & knows his customers by name and need. Rare find in today’s crazy fast world.

I've been a patron of NGS since 2012. The owner runs the place like he truly cares. Great coffee, great service, great selection. Ever growing and always expanding. Ironically, I'm writing this review because I was looking to see how early they open and found I need to wait a few minutes before I run down there and I saw that I've never left a review. I don't think there's another general store around as awesome as Naples Store.

NGS is captured in time. There’s an image just beyond on the wall near the P.O. boxes “1937” to discover. Imagine growing up where the structure has been there for over a century and is still ran to support the neighborhood, new arrivals and passer bys. There’s a trivia game every day for the winner to collect too! The staff are really polite and informative.
