I would never trust this company enough to do business with them. My business next door ordered a custom vanity for one of our customers. The package was mistakingly delivered to their building. When we confronted them about it them they informed us that it’s in West Valley because they told their worker to take it home because it had no label on it. So instead of doing the honest thing and trying to figure out who this 200lbs 5x3ft box belongs to they decided to snag it. I had to pay for a crew to go pick it up from their workers house and when we picked it up not only was MY address labeled on it, but it was also damaged. I would expect managers of other companies, and my neighbor would have enough integrity to do the right thing. Instead they just point their finger at the worker. Pathetic and cowardly display.

Had Daniel and Alan out at my property today doing some flooring. They ran into some issues and communicated them with the office. Both very respectful and informative. Would be glad to have them back on the property any time. Thank you!

The crew that came to my home did such a bad install I could literally lift the carpet up on my stairs and put my hand under it. They also made a wrong cut in my basement hall that I could lift, among many other things. I have had them come out to my home three times. Daniel was over the crew for the install and was in a hurry and unprofessional. His boss came out the 3rd time because I wouldn't allow him back in my home.nI spoke with Mark and I believe Aaron from the store that still left me feeling this was unresolved.nI still have things that need fixed and its been 8 months. I would never allow this crew of carpet installers do another job in my home or would I recommend them to any one! This is still unresolved! 7/18

We had a terrible experience with the carpet we bought from Sherwin Williams. We had it installed on our stairs, a long hall and master bedroom after a remodel. The hall is long, but they pieced it in little pieces about 2 feet wide. They also didn’t finish the edges and we had to call to get them to come back and do that. In less than a year the carpet started bubbling. We called and kept being told to call different numbers or someone would call us back. It has now been two years. We finally got someone to schedule an appointment two or three weeks ago. They gave me a four hour window for them to come so I had to cancel everything and sit home waiting. A half hour before they were suppose to come, my husband gets a call asking for us to send pictures. We do. Then we were told he couldn’t do it because the job was too big and he’d get back to us. He never did. Just called again. I was now told that we are beyond the warranty and would have to pay $200 to have it fixed. If I could give 0 stars I would.
