Fox Pest Control

I applied for a job position with Fox Pest Control and they got back to me fairly quickly acting excited for an interview with me. I was so pumped!nSo the day comes of the interview and of course, due to covid (even though none of their employees wear masks or practice safety precautions when you go into the office), the interview is remote over google meets. I waited on the call for 30 min and no one shows up. So I call into the office to ask for some help and to reschedule only to be put on hold for three minutes and then hung up on. Next, I reach out to the person who initially got me the interview and she did not respond for six hours. She did not even sound One bit concerned that no one showed up to my interview. She asks me for my availability to reschedule an interview. I tell her. And then she never messaged me back.nI even went to their office to talk to someone in person. the guy I talked to just bragged about how high up he is in the company and showed me around their “massive and expanding” office. Then when he asked my name to try and solve the issue, he didn’t write it down or anything. Just walked away.nI waited near reception so I could talk to someone else and everyone just ignored me even though they all saw me. Hopefully their customers receive better treatment than I did. Sorry this is so long, but I was extremely frustrated. This experience was very UNPROFESSIONAL and I am disappointed. Ya missed out on a potential employee who actually understands customer service.

As a locally started and owned business everyone who has worked here can agree the company culture is the best part of the company. My wife and I have worked in multiple positions here for seasonal jobs inside and outside of the offices. Fox is much more than just another Summer sales company.
