Horrible experiences ever since Dr Lott his PA left . His staff is rude and incompetent. Took over a month to fax a simple paper back to a surgeon. We called 3 different times and so did the surgeon. They are always in a hurry get them in and out. They also do not support anything natural they just take labs and push medicine but don't tell you what it is and what it's for. Have been prescribed things that interact with each other. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen

We love Dr Chamberlain. It's his staff that has been an absolute nightmare to work with. On multiple occasions we have had an extremely difficult time getting answers and attention by calling in. If they answer the phone, they always tell us they will call us back and they never do. We can never get an answer when we call. Leaving a voice mail is worthless. They are unorganized and unable to provide answers unless you manage to get an in-person appointment. Oh, but if you have a billing issue, they will respond very quickly.

Dr Chamberlain is unique! It is rare to find a doctor who is so compassionate, listens powerfully, demonstrates empathy, and is committed to helping you feel better. I was impressed that, rather than use me as a guinea pig just to keep my business, he referred me to another doctor, an OD, for a specific type of holistic treatment. That humility showed me that It was about me, not him, and that his compassion was bigger than his ego. Myself and my extended family are loyal, life-time patients of Dr Chamberlain's for this reason.
