Southwest Smiles has an amazing team of talented individuals. No matter the time of day, staff are always friendly with positive attitudes. During my sons visits, staff always welcome us and take the time to answer any questions or concerns. We’ve being coming to Southwest Smiles for over a year and never had to wait longer then 15 minutes! I couldn’t be happier with the way staff treat us and highly recommend them!

Valentina is amazing along w the staff, very knowledgeable... every-time I go in Efren takes care of us and is extremely friendly makes you feel welcomed. Mayra is great as well provided all options available.. definitely recommend..

Staff from the front and to the assistants in the back! They are great!! But wouldn’t recommend for cleanings or basic dental work. I would only recommend this place for braces. After i got my braces removed she advised me of getting veneers. I spent well offer $600. She told me I was getting “ veneers” and never got molds or impressions made for my veneers. Instead the doctor (Dr.Valentina) put composite on my teeth and with in 2 weeks they broke off!! She also charged me almost $200 for a cleaning and only scraped my teeth! When I finally went to my dentist. They said, what she did was not a cleaning and she had shaved part of my tooth down, to put on so called veneers!

Great staff, experts in their field, caring, compassionate, and most of all ...FUN! I would recommend them anytime if you need braces put on. The new owner is amazing and fun too! Very encouraging! Keep up the good work Southwest Smiles!
