These guys are incredible. They always recognize me when I come in, and greet me with a warm welcome. Ted runs a great shop, and all of his employees are top notch. Since the mail service in Steamboat is basically non-existent these guys are my lifeline to the rest of the world. I can't imagine living in Steamboat without having a mailbox at Ted's shop. Highly recommended!
After years of using this UPS Store we remain exceptionally pleased with their services and their service. They will bend over backwards to help with whatever they can, and they provide an efficient and safe place to get and send mail and packages, especially appreciated when we are traveling. Recommend them very highly!
I am incredibly thankful for the service our UPS Store provides. Their customer service is outstanding! I shipped quite a few things this past holiday, one specifically to NYC. It was rerouted through the postal service. Reed & staff took the time to locate it, and phone me with the exact location of the package! This preventing a return, a very late arrival , and expense of re-shipping! Many thanks for your continued kindness and professionalism!
The team here at the best. Around the holidays they were slammed and they were always nice and friendly and relaxed. I'm glad this is my local UPS Store. So much better than the one I went to Denver. Thanks, guys!
Super convenient, if not too small a space at times. Great staff, if not aloof and chatty amongst themselves when customers present. However, easily overlooked as they have tip top customer service when present and assisting. I like!
