This company does a wonderful job with great customer service. During some of the most difficult times we have faced in the Yampa Valley, this company has stepped up to help the cherished elders of our community so they do not have to go and risk themselves during this pandemic. The help and service they have provided and continue to provide has been absolutely incredible. They are truly high quality humans!
There are many other grocery delivery options in Steamboat that are better. We chose Fridge Fillers because on paper they were the cheapest option, but that wasn’t the case in reality. Our groceries were not there when we arrived. We were not given a receipt for our groceries. The fees we were charged did not match, the fees listed on their website. Since we were not given a receipt for the fees or groceries we do not have any way to know what we actually bought.
I placed an order and requested a cost breakdown which I never received despite two email requests. Also, all of the items ordered were not delivered. . Again, sent an email with no response. Asked someone to contact me to address my concerns but no response received.
