Very disappointed with them. When I first contacted to them to make flight reservations for a program we were taking in Ecuador, they declined booking the flights until after the program was paid for and the trip was guaranteed. So we waited a month or so while airline tickets kept going up in price. As soon as the closing date for the program had past, I contacted All About Travel by phone and by email. I never got a response. I chose another travel agency that responded immediately and got us the airline tickets.

I have used All about Travel for decades and have always had a great travel experience. I would give them a 5 star rating.
