I was calling to become a new patient, while talking on the phone with Shelbi it definitely made me rethink my decision, as she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had told me she was going to place me on hold and must have forgot while she talked about some disturbing things.. Will definitely NEVER attend this practice.

I really love this practice. They are a busy group so not always easy to get in quickly, but it's worth the wait. I injured my knee... not sure what the injury was exactly. Dr. Colwell narrowed it down and gave me some good options for addressing the injury. I was limping around before this visit trying to keep weight off of my knee. Dr. Colwell demonstrated how I could walk normally with this injury and my pain levels are a lot better. Thanks for the care and great advice!

I was there on 11.19.2020. All of the personnel were exceptionally efficient and courteous: Saya (spelling?), Cassidy, Dr. Sullivan, and the receptionist (I forget her name).nThank you all. What you are doing every day in this age of Covid-19 is remarkable and much appreciated.

Dr Colwell has been fabulous. He takes the time to address your concerns, asks questions and reviews his recommendations and why he is recommending them. The only reason I am giving 4 star is that there seems to be some miss steps in procedure among the staff but I think this will get better as the staff gains experience. everyone has been kind and wants to help resolve any issues (and yes they have all been resolved).

Communication between patients and doctors is a huge issue. Patients aRe unable to speak directly with their PCP easily! Message are passed through 2-3 people losing urgency and accuracy!nPCP
