I cannot express enough how wonderful Monument Physical Therapy is. Josh is an incredible physical therapist and he has helped me come so far since I began training for half marathons in May of 2020. The entire staff at Monument Physical Therapy is welcoming, friendly, and the environment is always so positive. Josh is attentive, caring, incredibly knowledgable and helpful. He has a deep care and appreciate for his clients that does not go unnoticed. I would HIGHLY recommend Monument Physical Therapy to anyone in need!

As a local here in the Grand Valley who does every outdoor sport we have here, to be able to enjoy all we have, all year around I needed a mindful PT and I found that at Monument Physical Therapy! Josh will be able to assess your injury, tightness, pain, or whatever hurts to help you heal efficiently and provide you long lasting tips to stay fit and healthy. This place provides a great atmosphere that not only helps the local crazy endurance athletes, but people just want to feel better. Nothing but positive things to say and I will be back here consistently.

This place is completely amazing. I've struggled with chronic neck and shoulder pain following a car accident and a bad bike crash for the past two years and I've tried lots of different treatments. The biggest difference about the care at Monument PT (other than how great my body is feeling after just a few weeks) is how much I learn every time I go. Josh has taught me so much about how my muscles actually work and what's really going on in there, which makes me feel empowered to take control of my own healing. He takes his time and I feel like his goal is to arm me with the tools I need to address my injury as it flares up rather than coming back every week with no end in sight, which has been my past experience with PT.nnAlso the dry needling work is AMAZING - I had never experienced that before, but I would highly recommend it.

Monument Physical Therapy is THE place for PT! I first saw Josh about a year and a half ago for a severe ankle sprain. Josh took the time to hear how it happened. He then explained what happened on an anatomical level and how the treatment would affect my muscles and what changes I should expect to see. He was very thorough with follow up care and exercises. I went back to Josh with neck, shoulder and back pain after mountain biking. He again took time to hear about my pain and what caused it and then explained how everything he was doing would help and what I could expect to feel. I always feel comfortable and very informed when receiving treatment. Josh's passion for healing radiates through his practice. He will always be my go-to for PT!

Josh knows how to work the magic. I've been dealing with a repetitive stress injury in my left wrist from a lifetime of computer work and mountain biking. After his initial assessment he was able to find several places that we could focus on to help alleviate the pain/numbness I was experiencing. This was my first experience with dry-needling and it provided immediate results. Josh also put together an exercise routine that I could do at home to help my issues from coming back. I could tell that Josh is passionate about what he does and he's always working to get you back on track.
