CMU Tomlinson Library

I work in the kitchen (yes a kitchen in a library) there and we are awesome. Most people don't know that the library at CMU has a dining area. There is a Mexican themed shop and an Italian themed shop that specializes in pizza, pasta and salads as well as an Einstein's Bros. It is open to the public as well so you don't have to be a student to enjoy our good eats!

I prefer libraries that are quiet. This library allows students to be loud so long as they aren't on the third floor. This is a drag because there is a limited number of terminals up there. It would be a 5 star library if the second floor was also a quiet one (study rooms, of course, being the exception). Long story short, 5 star school, 2 star library.

Love this place. Third floor is where I gained my associates degree. A place I can study in peace.

Best food on campus, hands down. Friendly staff and awesome deals. Students should go there if they want amazing food on the meal plan. The quesadillas are bomb.

Great study place. More resources than students are aware of. You can checkout parks passes, chargers, laptops and more. Some professors even put copies of required textbooks on the reserve shelf.
