I needed one window replaced. Said it would be 6-8 weeks and the estimate was quite high. Almost $600 for one window. Still went ahead with it. I call at 6 weeks and they say it will be at least 8 weeks. I call at 8 weeks and they say we’ll put you on the schedule, but it will be in a couple weeks ( not sure why I wasn’t already scheduled, but...) Get a call the day of the install and they won’t be able to make it. Reschedule for the next week. Appointment time comes and I call because they aren’t there. I am told they are running behind but will be there. They don’t come. I am called and am assured they will be there first thing next week. Get another call the next day saying they can get it in in the afternoon. I say ok. They come in and finally install it. Installers were great. They were from out of town. I would never go back and told them so. I would never recommend the company and told them so. I’m not sure why I got an email inviting me to review window world, but here you go
We had a large window replaced with them last year. The new window was scratched and we asked that it be fixed. They said it would after they ordered a new one. Later on we also noted they had chipped the window ledge during the install but we can’t prove that. It’s been over a year of them telling they would replace the window, still nothing. We’ve had two appointments scheduled which they have canceled within the appointment window. Both times they stated they didn’t have installers. I’ve also noticed on Facebook and other places that other customers have been serviced so they have had men for that. My take is they don’t want to honor their guarantee. We will not be using them again.

Replaced 12 original single-pane storm windows with dual and triple-pane vinyl windows.nAlready received numerous positive responses regarding overall appearance (32 year old double-wide mobile home looks brand new).nAlready noticed noise reduction as well.nNow looking forward to reduction in utility costs for year around.nLove our windows, thank you Window World (and Mr. & Mrs. Jimmie & Donna Whitt of Sandy Hook for the recommendation). They showed up right on time and were accurate with the scope of work. They did a great job and were very professional. The only complaint I have is the cleanup. My car tire picked up a nail and I had to have it patched.
