Have to wear a mask and limited number of people inside at once...but thats the way it is in our new normal.
Had nothing but greatness to say with Wells Fargo, they are fair and honest with you and I love that. I have been going here for three years and worked with multiple bankers there and they all listen and help me as they can. A lot of people complain about the wait times and lack to cash a check, to those people I say, use an ATM or mobile deposit. I'm sure not everyone in this town enjoys using a mobile unit but that's why wait times go up so no complaining.nI will always recommend this bank location to friends and family.nCheers!
I’ve never been in a worse bank drive thru in my life. And I say this after multiple visits. What a joke. Zero line management on their part and they were less than courteous when you finally get to a teller. I do everything I can to not go to this location.
They are almost always busy, friendly staff tho
Slowest drive up service i have EVER experienced, i have to go to wells fargo as this is where the company i work for banks but i would NEVER hold an accpunt at this bank, this is not isolated this happens every single time i go to wells fargo at the mall, inside i had anpther bad experience trying to get change, the teller told me i had to have a change order with our company logo, i told her i had been going to the downtown bank for over 5 years and they never made that demand on me, she said she would do it this one time but not again, i then remembered that our company logo is not on the change order sheets only their company's logo. The ONLY redeaming factor is I get paid to sit and wait forever in the hot sun
