I’m pretty disappointed that you only partner with Harmony Animal Matchmaker and Sanctuary for pet adoptions. Due to a horrible experience there, it has directly influenced my decision to seriously decrease the amount of visits to your store. Also included in the decision is that your staff’s friendliness and knowledge has taken a nose dive.
