Petco

Most big box retailers are screwing up curbside pickup. The exception in my life is Petco. Of the past 10 times I've ordered on line and picked up my items, there has been one time that they didn't have one item I ordered (a very random toy). They are efficient, friendly, and know the process well. Kudos to the one retailer with reliable inventory management and knowledgeable employees!

I have shopped at Petco since 2015. I had to take custody of my mom's little dog when my mom was transferred from assisted living to memory care. The employees are truly helpful and have compassion for animals. The products are good quality items. My little dog died back in October 2020 and I have adopted another little dog and will continue to shop at Petco.

The discounts really count. My pet is my life, and she is also an ESA as well, I take being a pet parent very seriously. And her food, snacks, and toys are all combined in what makes Mia happy and healthy. She tries so hard to show her love back. Petco has all of the essentials that aid in her total all around happiness.

Online ordering was VERY user friendly! Pick-up at store was a breeze! Attendant took care of us immediately and we were in & out of the store in less than 5 min. Now that's a good deal!

Marissa and her team are excellent groomers and treat the critters very well. Marissa does my cat, and Toonces immediately starts purring when Marissa handles her. You have a great grooming department in your store!
