I made an appointment for an eye exam and all I literally got was, an eye exam BUT only for glasses despite me stating multiple times that I use contacts as well. Apparently if you want contacts you need to see a whole OTHER doctor which I don't understand because if you specialize in eye care...shouldn't you be able to prescribe for both contacts & glasses? I called prior to confirm that they accepted my insurance, went in and paid my co-pay which they had billed incorrectly AND THEN charged me for a script which ???????????I don't understand how you pay for a visit & on top of that pay for a script, separately. Overall horrible experience and a great display of the American healthcare system nickel and diming you for anything and everything.

ndividual Doctors at this practice are: Drs S. Lance Forstot, Karen Repine, Robert Fish, Ashley Sturdy, Michael T Wildes and Sarah Pacheco. Individuals responsible for creating an absolute mess: Jennifer (contact lens dept), Martin (finance dept), Lori Jessen (Martin's boss). take a listen to Jennifer's voicemail (where you are told that if you leave her a second message, you will delay her return call to you). Say what??? i guess it's a passive aggressive way of telling you not to leave her another message. Wow! Professional! Sarcasm noted.nnAlso, note that they changed their names Colorado Corneal Consultants to Colorado Eye Consultants and moved their practice from Southpark Ln Littleton to Mineral Ave Littleton. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and have 2 complaints filed against them. Check out BBB website. Also note, Carrie (their sole and former contact lens specialist, left the practice suddenly and unexpectedly). My original Dr (who i saw only once) also left. I hope the instability of the practice is registering with you.nnToday I am submitting a packet of information on this practice to the Colorado Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Paid $1,000 for a scleral contact lens in Aug 2019. Since then, my original Dr has left the practice (Gustave) as did the contact lens technician (Carrie -- who left abruptly). After several visits since Aug 2019 and my moving out of state, they sent me a few different lenses to try on.. Every time, the lens would scratch my eye rendering it unwearable. I called them in Jan 2021, and was told by Jennifer (Carrie's assistant) that Carrie had left and they were finding a replacement. After a month, still no return phone call. So I left a message with their Finance Dept (Martin). On Feb 4, 2021 I received a message from Martin i, telling me to call him. Repeated call backs to Martin, Jennifer and Lori Jessen (Martin's boss) telling them I would be in CO later this week and would like my contact lens (paid for 1.5 years ago). NOT ONE SINGLE RETURN CALL BACK SINCE NOVEMBER 2020. DESPITE TELLING THEM THAT I WOULD REPORT THEM TO THE COLORADO ATTORNEY GENERAL.nnI HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DECEITFUL, DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR BY A MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT.nnOn March 16, 2021 I have submitted my ordeal to the Colorado Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the 3 local broadcast news stations consumer advocacy contact. I have also sent each of the individual physicians a summary of this unacceptable saga.nnThe response from the business (Lori Jessen) was to terminate our relationship (see below). She says nothing about reimbursing me for a contact lens I never received

I have worn glasses practically my whole life and have seen many opticians during that time. Being an Asian, I don’t have much of a bridge which can pose a problem to glasses being fitted right. Most of the time the opticians have a difficult time—the glasses either pinch my nose, or cause swelling behind my ears. But I would highly recommend Linda Haas—she is truly the best. She knows exactly what to do in fitting your glasses. She tweaks it a little at a time but does a PERFECT job. You don’t feel rushed and in addition, she is warm and gracious.

Great care. Referred me to Dr t for some eyelid work and it was amazing. They have a great team hear and great resources. That’s for the awesome referral to the specialist who made me look 15 years younger.
