Fly Bay Area

I got a flight lesson at Fly Bay Area for my grandson's eighth birthday. OMG, he was super excited and happy! He was even able to flew over Golden Gate bridge. Thank you guys for the amazing and safe light.

On December 27th, 2019, the individual who worked in the office (Concierge Desk, FlyBayArea, 620 Airport Way #7, San Carlos, CA 94070) was extremely unprofessional. He claimed he did not received the purchase confirmation from his ticket sale agency, Viator. There are many ways to handle this situation, he could communicate with Viator to confirm it and provide different times/dates to accommodate the tours. However, he did not want to make any effort to try to fix the problem. He blamed Viator Agents for not sending the confirmation. In fact, two different Viator agents called this office multiple times on 26th and left messages, and an agent emailed the office on 23rd (I received copy ). He said he did not received any of them. What a lier! Instead, he told us to cancel the tour. He didn’t care helping his company business or customers. It was very wired and disappointing experience for us that we have never experienced in any other tourist companies.

What a beautiful and unique perspective on the bay. You feel a lot more connected to your environment than you do in a commercial jet. Seeing the coastline from the Pacific was breathtaking. Definitely fork out for the Pacific/Golden Gate tour. Our instructor Alessandro made the experience great for us. Highly recommended!

I bought the flight as a birthday gift for my husband and grandson. We had a great time. The pilot made us feel safe. He explained things about the plane that were fascinating for non private flyers. He also let us chat with nearby planes. He even flew over our house because it was near the route. I highly recommend them. A great treat.

Todd was our captain for the afternoon and he could not of been more pleasant, engaging, and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and was very easy to talk to. The amount of time I was given to fly the aircraft was very generous, with the exception of take off and landing I was mostly in control. Very cool, unique experience which I would recommend to anyone with an interest in aviation or not!nnThanks again so much, Todd!
