Nippon Travel Agency is the closest place that offers the JR Rail pass for sale. They have a local pick up option which is extremely convenient as I don't have to wait for it in the mail and can purchase it at the last minute if need be. The office is located inside an office building and can be easily found with the building's directory. The staff were nice and explained to me everything I needed to know about the JR Rail pass. I recommend this place if you are looking to purchase a JR Rail pass and live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
