Ambassador Tours

Ambassador Tours misled my family and booked a cruise wrong for 1 of our 4 rooms on a holiday 2020 Royal Caribbean cruise. All cruises were cancelled due to COVID but Ambassador is blaming Royal Caribbean, and RC is saying the fare was non-refundable due to the way Maureen at Ambassador booked it. If 12 of us were going together, why was one room booked differently. We are now out $500 deposit due to incompetence of Maureen and this travel agency. Do NOT book with them, or do so at your own risk.

Gary and his team were great in helping us with our vacation plans to Europe. The hotels he suggested were in a great location and he coordinated some complicated air and train travel. We definitely recommend his travel agency for your next trip.
