Shoreway Environmental Center - Public Recycling Center

Took a little while to get to where we could empty our cars. People were keeping distance, and almost everyone was wearing a mask correctly. All employees were correctly masked and very helpful.

One of the my favorite places, honesty is not expensive. And the operation hours are so convenient.

Sundays is the ideal day to go, and avoid the long lines during the week..

Wasn’t sure I was in the right place, but I was! They took my temperature, everyone was wearing a mask, happy to pick up free compost. I will be back.

Posted rates are by yard but they charge whatever they want. Tons of inconsistency with the information provided, dumping left over wood and an old carpet, ended up with a $100.00 plus fee. If it wasn't because I was already there I would have taken it back. If you are in the area just use your 2 annual clean ups, make sure to schedule them and at least get some of you recology payment back.
