Will give the 5-star to one employee, Suyen and the supervisor.nnWe had a really important government issued document delivered by USPS. It showed delivered but we could not find it anywhere. The supervisor helped to check mailboxs once he knew our case. Suyen also helped us to check all the mailboxes in all apartment buildings. And she even helped to check every package left in the mail room and found our mail under a parcel and delivered it to us by hand.nnWe couldn't be more thankful and really hope to give a 5-star feedback :)

They lost our package and have been giving us the run around for the last 2-3 weeks, supervisor apparently only works an hour a day or so since he’s never there when we call or go in. They’ve told us we’d receive a call from the supervisor at least 3 times and we’ve never gotten a call back. None of the employees seem to care or even understand what’s going on. I also had multiple customers come in with no masks while I was waiting, Usps employees didn’t say a thing to them, I’m immuno compromised and that’s very frustrating personally.

Service was abhorrent! Such a big difference between private business service and public service. Lazy and rude employees

They basically dont care what happens to your mail. I changed my address and they still continue to deliver my mail to my old address. When you complaint, they simply disregard your complaint and they say that they will look into it. After months, they still deliver my mail to my old address. No one knows what's going on at this location! Go to another location for mailing needs!
