I need to have my ring repaired, including replacing some of the stones, the service was exceptional and the results were spectacular.

My boyfriend bought my engagement ring at this location. He left the location trusting they gave him the requested size 7, but in fact he had been given a size 5.5. This is completely unprofessional from Kay Jewelers to sell an ENGAGEMENT ring without verifying the actual ring size. Make sure you have them verifying the size before leaving the store, especially this close to the Christmas Holidays. Resizing takes up to two weeks and a half.

I am disappointed in the service at Kay's in Hillsdale Mall. I took a ruby ring in to resize and repair, and paid up front. Elaine, I think her name was, said ring would take two weeks or so. She called once, and said ring would take longer. I just figured they are busy. But she didn't contact me again. Finally my boyfriend went in person and picked up the ring, which was done, after almost five weeks. They are either very busy, or just can't be bothered. Won't be going back.
