Great Great spot!!! Tim use to be our Guy but he left. We were helped by a rep namesd Robert and wow that guy is AWESOME!! He made us feel so comfortable and great about our decision.

My overall all experience was amazing! It was a super clean place and was greeted with the best employees! I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for but the sales associate Krystal took care of me. She knew exactly what she was talking about and was very helpful and patient with me. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process thanks to everyone there especially Krystal! I left very satisfied with my purchase and with certainty, I knew I made the right choice in choosing Shane Co. for my jewelry needs. I 100% recommend! I will definitely be back!

Open during Covid. Good safety procedures, they do a wrist temp check before entering. They were very helpful and fast.

My boyfriend and I visited Shane Co. to view engagement rings and were super impressed with our experience.nFirst off, it was incredibly clean! They took our temperature before entering the showroom and had lots of hand sanitizer everywhere!nJordana, our sales agent, was wonderful! She allowed me to try on many settings until I found my favorite. Then, she brought over three diamonds to teach us about the 4 Cs. She even brought out more diamonds for us to compare. Once we found our favorite, we were able to go outside to see the diamond sparkle in the sunlight. She only showed us items in our budget and would give us space to discuss what we were seeing.nAt no point did we feel pressure to buy that day. In fact, she encouraged us to shop around. She was confident that the customer service we'd find at Shane Co. couldn't be beat.nThank you Shane Co. and Jordana for a wonderful experience viewing engagement rings!
