Best Collateral

I had been looking for a camera that I really wanted, I saw their listing and they responded to me very promptly. Mind you, the asking price was already decent, but they still managed to give me a discount when I got there. The place was very clean, everybody there was so friendly and accommodating. Mike is the best, he helped me through the whole transaction. Very friendly and the process was a breeze and the best part is he gave me an awesome price. Came in for a camera i saw they posted online. Traveled 50+ miles for a deal that sounded to good to be true. Met up with Brian and Mike which provided exceptional service. They gave me a better deal than advertised! Excellent experience! Absolutely hands down “thee best” shopping experience ever! The store was clean, they had what I was looking for, and even gave me an unexpected great deal. Hello. I recently had a great experience at Best Collateral. First time shopping there. I purchased a cannon rebal t6 camera with 2 lenses. The condition of the merchandise they have is good quality. The employees do fair business for the customers. Im going to check in with them time to time and see what new stuff comes through.

Well folks if the Google review is true and I am popular with my reviews then this is what I have to say about Best collateral and the manager the other gentalman and the lady who work there. I went in to get back some tools that I got a loan on. And in doing so I did not realize one of my boxes slipped down to the ground. And when I went in there to get them back I totally brain farted that I put a tool in the crew cab of my truck. Well being that I am a contractor I tend to accumulate a lot of stuff. I went to check up on another job not realizing that the box that had my tool I needed for another job slipped down to the floor. And the night I got my tools out I did not want to drive to my shop or storage to unload my tools. So I tossed them in the crew cab of my truck grabbed other stuff and tossed it on top. Well the other stuff pushed it flat down on the floor. And I went in there with out my receipts I thought I lost them. The next day I needed the tool so I ram sack my shop my storage job sit other job sit call my workers no where to be found. So I have the receipt that shows I did get have it at the store. Now I know what you are thinking I thought they for got to give it or ripped me off. No it may seem like that but no I did not think that. The day I went in they were slammed. When they got to me it took a while. That's ok because I've been in there 2 or 3 times. And every time they were a trio of profession ! All 3 of them. Now I went in waited and they searched that place they apologised for it and said they don't know what happened. But reassure me over and over that they will figure out what happened and feel kept a professional attitude all three of them. I've never had a bad experience with none of them. And I have dealt with all 3 people in that store. So in hopes that I make it up to the 3 pros that work at this store. I want to say that if you ever need good service and want to take it to a place that will look after your stuff as if was there own? Then you need to visit BEST COLLATERAL the works there keep it as professional as a professional can be never lost there cool reassured me they will figure it out and did everything they could do and not break any rules but the book and even made me feel good that they truly cared about my tool and even told me that they will check again and call me back before the end of the business day to let me know if they found it! I want to say to anyone in need of extra cash and want to take your stuff to a place with nothing but the finest pros that will look after your stuff as if we're there's! The you need look no further! Even if you are in a different city. I strongly recommend Best collateral! They will be your only stop and only pros you will ever need! So do your self a favor and stop on in! You will not be disappointed and your stuff will be looked after as if it is still with you!
