Nothing but a bunch of thieves. I used them to file a small claim court case in NYC back in August 2020. Because of Covid the courts are not allowing any filings. TurboCourt however charged my card back in August 2020. Now, in February 2021, the courts still are not accepting new cases. I asked TurboCourt to cancel the filing and refund my money. Not only do they have horrendous customer service where you can't reach anyone, but they respond with canned replies. The only way to contact them is through a form on their website and then when you get a canned reply (time after time after time). You cannot even respond to their canned email reply. You have to go to the form on their website again and then wait for another canned reply.nnI do plan on filing a small claim case against them once the courts start accepting claims. I know that I will lose money taking them to court by wasting time, but they got me so aggravated that I now have to do it.nnBeware of using this company.
The system DOES NOT WORK. Their support is nonexistent; I have been waiting 4 days for a response as their system does not recognize me after registering. And in a couple days, I will miss a deadline due to the requirement to use Turbocourt. This place is s bad as IDme
