Nice center but not gets a bit clustered in the parking lot.

Grocery outlet the only grocery store in imperial beach. Great prices when you find a bargain it gone by the end of the day

Love grocery outlet and love starbucks . . .it is a winning combo. Parking can be a little tricky . . .

Nearby Hampton inn hotel. Excellent new shopping center. Much better than the empty lot that was there. Hope they stick around and not close like so many other things everywhere.
