Always have to wait in long lines and the staff isn't very friendly
Customer service was great. Just Didn't have 1 of the things i was looking for
Concerning inbound customer service calls; there is much room for improvement. Associates need to have calls promptly received and resolved with great consideration of the customer's time and overall experience. Management especially should revisit/rewrite employee handbook for time management and leadership skills to manage their time more effectively so someone can answer the dang phone.
