My grandma lives here, it's well kept and what not, but I've heard the management / staff can be a nightmare especially when guests come. I can tell they just don't like young people in the pool area. Other than that it's a safe little oasis and is quiet.

if I could give it no stars that would still be to hi of a rating! The office manager is condescending and rude. the park itself is very well kept, but the owner apparently is extorting the tenants. Every tenant gets an extra bill every month to pay for the owners property taxes, state and city taxes, and to pay for any insurance claims against the park...these are in the total of 118.oo ish per month on top of all of their own Bill's and house payments. The owner collects 30,680 bucks extra from residents to pay his bills!nthe word rackateer comes to mind.nand if the office manager is rude, condescending and acts like she is better than me..a person of her own age..it makes me wonder how she treats elderly peoe when they confront her!!!

I have lived here for a year and love how clean the park is kept. People are friendly and it is very well run by management.

Such a beautiful park
