Before coming here I was very nervous. I never been to physical therapy before. When I arrived I was met with a friendly staff and put me at ease. Overall 1st visit was great. The treatment provided helped. Can't wait for the next visit. 7/30/19.nn2nd visit was great. I noticed the numbness in my right arm is not occurring as much. I did have slight neck pain and slight headaches but it wasn't as bad as it usually gets. 8/1/19.nn3rd visit was great. I haven't had any numbness for a longer periods of time. When it does occur I know now what triggered it. I look forward to the visits. 8/6/19nn4th visit was great as usual. I look forward to using The TENS Unit and the Traction machine for the neck. 8/8/19.nn5th visit. I noticed I haven't been getting the headaches like I used to. The arm numbing feeling is happening less. Hopefully that will permanently go away soon. 8/13/19nn6th visit. I got a new person helping me. She needs a little more training especially with the TENS unit. But overall still good. 8/20/19nn7th and last visit. Done with with my therapy. Overall very satisfied with the service. The therapy sessions made me feel a whole lot better. I haven't had headaches and neck pains ever since I went to therapy. Arm numbness is a whole lot better than before. Still there but I know what I'm doing that triggers it. 8/22/19.
