I was at this store last week where Gene and Marco were completely unprofessional.nnThe AC was not working and so the whole store was a sauna and they were just laughing about it as Gene ran to Starbucks to get herself and Marco Frappuccinos.nnI pointed out to them how dangerously high the temperature was, they just said that the ac might not be working and thanks for my concern.nnThey did nothing about it other than fool around and put our lives in danger.nnThis store is disappointing and unprofessional.

I am totally jazzed by the pleasant and helpful staff here at this CVS. I've been only coming here for about 18 months and the pharmacy staff, Clark, already greets me by my name. If I ask a question, if the one person does not know the answer, they will contact someone else who does know the answer. They will walk me to a product and always greet me when I enter the store. Yes, I am very partial to this particular CVS.
