It's a very nice area for your daily exercises, park your car at the large parking lot, and you can go for long walks, on all the trails ride your bike or you can also go horse back riding and more...ud83dudc4c

It's a great place for a trail walk. Dozens of trails that go all the way to the beach if you've got that kind of attitude. There's some beautiful scenery. Sometimes more water than others. I wouldn't go there after a really hard rain. Lots of wildlife including squirrels, rabbits, lizards, a few possums, and yes some rattlesnakes. So keep your eyes open. There are trails for walking, bicycles, and horses. There are lots of signs with maps and explanation of the terrain. But there's a really good map online and I would print it out and bring it with me if I were you. You can get lost but not hopelessly. Go any direction and you're bound to find a road. Although it might be a mile or two. It's all part of the Tijuana River regional Park.
