Always very helpful. Willing to check whatever I bring in to see if it’s real gold or not. And they can send it out to be fixed within a couple of days. Their prices are very reasonable. Love it.

Dad, needed a tool, we came to this pawn shop just to browse, the 2employees in the back, Michelle and Rene were not only cordial, BUT ALSO, did something that I had NEVER seen done at ANY OTHER PAWN SHOP, they got on there computer and did some price checking to LOWER THE PRICE of an already very good priced itemized tool, Dad saved an additional $10.00 the Hitachi tool already came with an additional power pact battery and a high poered flashlight. These 2 employees went above and beyond .... impressive, if anyone is in a need or want, I recommend the person look to see if there is a EXPRESS PAWN SHOP near you, ....
