Her customer service is A+ She is very professional and knowledgeable on the matter and with all the recent changes with IRS it's good to file with someone who keeps up with this information. This is a very sketchy company they are under several names one is All-Star Jen another one blue fire then their portal for claims is something else and they have several numbers where if you call it once you cannot reach someone the next time their customer service is horrible very rude they all have a similar accident and they seem not to be working out of an office it is very strange and sketchy and misleading so please make sure you report to the better business bureau or file a claim otherwise they will keep getting away with this
