Never answer their phone... have a sign on door with alternative number to dial if interested in appliance purchase but no answer either... poor first impression...

Let me start by saying if I could rate it zero stars I definitely would have.nnThere is a lady have to deal with when you call or go in and her name is Dolores. She is very rude and her customer service skills are horrible!!nI have been going here for years for all my rental properties.Dolores is not fast at calling you back or handling the problem in a efficient way, not to mention scheduling deliveries or repairs. It seems to me that she should not be the one that the customers have to deal with. Dolores is definitely overwhelmed with her position at 3Rs appliances. I will not be returning to 3Rs appliances.
