Chula Vista Tile & Stone

We had an amazing experience with Chula Vista Stone and Tile! Not only very helpful and accommodating, but very professional. We did a bathroom remodel and they did our shower for us. They have a great selection of high quality stone to choose from and Pilar helped us to make sure we accomplished our vision, also helping with grout color. The crew that worked on our shower was very timely, clean and communicative. Very easy and fun to work with and I highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to do any stone or tile work!!

The crew picked up their belongings and left the site with no notice and no explanation as to why. The owner could not clearly explain why a new drain was added to the cost, and their plumber who said it was needed would not communicate with me as to the reason for replacement. Overall lack of clear communication and general disappointment at how the crew abandoned the job. Would not recommend this team.

Thanks for the great service and selection. Floor and shower tile was from Tile&Stone, pebbles were from Home Depot. I’ll let the photos do the rest of the talking!

They ordered the wrong tile, even though it was a reorder of the exact same tile, and completely messed up my last chance to finish the project without another huge delay. The manager was awful—smug and rude, and refused to correct the error to get me my tile in time. It was possible, it just would have cost them something. The only person who pays for their mistakes is the customer. Please avoid this company.

I had to match a hardwood floor in the home we were buying. I only had one piece of wood to match. Pilar was able to find the flooring for me. It was the only place that could find the match. The price was good and they provided installation. They also have beautiful tile but I did not have to change the tile in the new house. I would highly recommend this business
