Edgar hansen is an awesome sales person. I had to call him back 7 times bc I didn't take in consideration various tips he gave me. But he answered each and every time very courteously. He even knew it was me after the 3rd call. LOL. When I went to pick up the flooring, the cashier was quick and the warehouse manager was awesome and very helpful as well. Will definitely come back and will recommend LL Flooring to family and friends.

Sales people were super knowledgeable and friendly and gave my dad a military discount without having to ask for it bc he was wearing his veteran hat
False advertising in pricing! Poor difference for in store quote and actual quote, was off by $10k. Quoted by Curtis Washington sales rep. Square footage was off by 100 sq ft only from what I measured...Materials were quoted actual for $6K and $20k for removing 1,100 square feet of carpet, 400 square feet of tile and labor......someone saw money and tried to run with it.
