Terrible customer service, I have reached out numerous times, through various ways and cannot get a response. I had a few questions concerning a sold out item and wanted to place an order. Too bad, they have plenty of great items, wish I could get a hold of someone. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere!
I recently placed my first order from this site and it was a great experience! I love the item I purchased (a pair of mauve heels) -- they are of great quality and were represented very accurately on the site. The description provided was especially helpful. I feel like I may have opened Pandora's box and am in trouble because of all the adorable new arrivals they add daily that I'm not sure I'll be able to practice self-control on now!
I am so happy with the quality of clothing and the outstanding customer service I received. I ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids and 2 for my flower girls. The online store didn’t have all the sizes I needed and when I emailed, they found me the right sizes. They are very quick to reply to emails and are great to communicate with. The dresses and beautiful, comfortable and the material is very soft. Thanks MVP for helping me find the perfect dresses for my wedding! I would reccomend to anyone!
Needed help finding the perfect dress for a wedding I have coming up. These guys were amazing! Not only did they help me find a great dress but they helped me work out the measurements to make sure it would fit as I wouldn't have enough time to return it for a different size! Outstanding customer service and I can't wait to get my dress!!
