Audrey & Bear offers something that I have never seen before at any other company. When you purchase your swaddle or blanket, you get paired with a personal designer who works in tandem with you to help you create a masterpiece keepsake. Working with Audre & Bear to create a swaddle for my son was a very meaningul process and I couldn't recommend it more.

Amazing company. I had a small issue with my blanket and they immediately sent me a new one and added a hat and another string to make up for the mishap.

This is a really quality product. Absolutely love our personalized swaddle! The material is soft, stretchy and breathable. It’s beautiful!! Also, a shout out to the lovely personal designer Lena Iraheta who helped design our swaddle to exactly how we imagined.
Audrey & Bear were extremely punctual with their order delivery from USA to Canada provided it is during when the world is going through the horrors of COVID pandemic. As promised the package was received on May8th 2020. However, someone at Canada Post had vandalized our package and have stolen our baby's swaddle. I was devastated but I contacted Rachel (the owner) and she sent me the replacement swaddle via UPS right away which was received on June 5th 2020.
Perhaps a note for the company to stop using Canada Post for their customers.
Other than that very happy with the product. Email response is also great. I recommend to every parent of a newborn because it also comes with a great cause!
Omg this Company is amazing! The quality of their products is superior. I ordered my daughter a two sided swaddle and headband and she and I are so happy with it. I promise you that you will absolutely love it too! If you have questions like i did they will help you immediately. A++ Lena helped me and she is awesome!
