I had a similar experience as the first complaint. I spent $160 and did not receive anything and now cannot get a refund. They basically steal your money.
This is an awful company and website. They take your money and just don't ship you items if they're out of stock, OH and they don't communicate that with you either! They are impossible to contact. Customer service is the worst I have maybe ever seen. Unreal. Total disappointment and scam.
